AKA PCB d.o.o. respects the privacy of our users. This policy determinates how your personal data are collected and determines the purposes and means for the processing of your personal data.

LEGISLATION

Personal data are processed in accordance with our responsibilities under the Regulation EU 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other Slovenian and European applicable law regulating personal data protection.

AKA PCB d.o.o. is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR. Personal data shall be:

collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes;
adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

LAWFUL PURPOSES

All data processed by AKA PCB d.o.o. are done on one of the following lawful bases: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests of the data subject, public interest or legitimate interest.

Personal data is not transmitted to a third party unless the data subject has explicitly granted their consent or there is a legal basis.

Where consent is relied upon as a lawful basis for processing data, evidence of such consent is kept with the personal data. The individual purposes for such processing of personal data are stated at the website, where the user can submit their consent. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

AKA PCB d.o.o. processes personal data of users for the following purposes: fulfilment of contractual obligation, sending of information and notifications arising from contractual obligation, replying to users’ enquiries, sending advertising messages, advertisements, and promotions based on explicit consent, profiling users for the purposes of targeted advertisement and marketing based on explicit consent for installing cookies and market researches and statistics based on legitimate interest of AKA PCB d.o.o..

AKA PCB d.o.o. can process personal data for new purposes for which they do not have an adequate legal basis nor an explicit consent, if the user is provided with all the necessary information and a new explicit consent for the processing of personal data is given.

The data subject has the right to obtain from AKA PCB d.o.o. the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay if conditions for the erasure are met (the personal data are no longer necessary, consent withdrawal, the personal data have been unlawfully processed etc.).

AUTOMATED PROCESSING AND USER PROFILING

The user has the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of their data and profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them. This right is limited by user’s explicit consent, legislation or if such automated processing is necessary for concluding or implementing a contract between the user and AKA PCB d.o.o..

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

AKA PCB d.o.o shall ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept up to date.

Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security is in place to prevent unauthorised access and sharing of information. AKA PCB d.o.o ensures that persons who have access to the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality.

COMPLAINT

If the user believes that their rights from this Privacy Policy have been violated, they may file a complaint to the Office of the Information Commissioner.
